Despite the vast field of knowledge encompassed by commercial real estate, it’s still a relationship business at the end of the day… and that’s what David Taylor enjoys most. His networking ranges from local investors, attorneys and developers to national retailers, equity funds, and institutional buyers/developers. This sphere of influence combined with product knowledge and over 20 years living in the market are what give him “the edge” he offers clients.
The majority of David’s work centers around investment sales and development with emphasis on land, retail, hospitality and multi-family. He values listing and selling as well as off-market deals. “Finding the opportunity that’s not yet public and connecting the right buyer and seller never gets old for me.” His peers within the industry describe him as a matchmaker in this regard.
David’s background includes degrees and experience in music and media and working with students for 15 years. He founded and ran a company for eight years that planned volunteer trips for high school students and church youth groups to 20 cities across the country. He values passion and integrity in all of life, including business.
