Medical Supplier Consolidates into Orlando

PSS World Medical Inc. is consolidating two of its three Florida distribution facilities for its physician division into a new 61,129-square-foot warehouse space in Orlando at Duke Realty Corp.'s Crossroads VII, says Walt Batansky, managing partner of PointLine Inc. and broker for PSS World Medical.

Oklahoma Based Distributor Adds Orlando Location

Fred Jones Enterprises LLC leased 41,800 square feet on Brokerage Drive in Orlando Central Park for six years. The company is a family-owned business headquartered in Oklahoma City and distributes Ford remanufactured powertrain assemblies and Motorcraft powertrain assemblies.
