For the past several years, Sebastian’s primary focus has been in the office sector of commercial real estate. He has sold and or leased several projects across Central Florida and has represented investors, landlords and tenants. From small single occupant buildings to a 50,000sf multi-tenant office building, Sebastian has successfully managed it all. Sebastian’s production volume has placed him in the top 5% of all Central Florida Realtors in 2004, 2005 & 2006.

Prior to entering the real estate field, Sebastian was a Construction Manager for one of the largest General Contractors in the United States. He has been involved with several large projects including the new Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center in Sebring, FL as well as major expansions at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. He also served as Owner’s Representative for the Mayo Clinic for a period of three years coordinating the efforts of architects, contractors and vendors.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Sebastian holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Building Construction and Business Administration respectively. He is a member of several industry organizations including the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors.
